Meet the Team!

About Reilly

After struggling for years on how to fuel my body like a high level athlete, I have dedicated my professional career to helping athletes not make those same mistakes. My personal experience as a D1 student athlete combined with my professional and educational background, allows me to provide simple and realistic nutrition solutions to athletes of all levels.

Throughout the last 8 years, I have worked at high performing centers and universities all across Southern California. From being Director of Performance Nutrition at UCLA for over 2 years, prepping Team USA for international trips and helping develop the first sports nutrition program at multiple local D1 universities, she has been able to show high levels athletes how simple and easy nutrition makes them great.

In 2022, I relocated back to the East Coast and am now based out of Charleston, SC with my husband and 2 dogs. I currently head RBSN virtually, where I have helped hundreds of athletes of all levels achieve their goals.
