Many Athletes & Women Will Never Feel Confident in Their Body

And it’s not their fault.

For your entire life, you have been told you have to look a certain way to be an athlete, and that counting calories, restrictions and complicated nutrition will help you achieve it.

But this hasn’t helped you achieve your goals. Because there is a better way.

Mackenzie recovered from disordered eating to maximize the 5th year of college hockey and confidently move into retirement.

“I am now able to love my body and confidently build meals stress-free that allow me to eat what I want and meet my goals!”

You deserve better. You deserve someone who can

  1. Understand where you are coming from and be able to provide an individualized plan that works for you.
  2. Help you navigate all of the nutrition BS.
  3. Assist you with a plan that allows you to perform your best on the field but also be confident and stress-free outside of sport.
  4. Meet your body composition goals and feel confident in your athletic body.

And that is exactly how we help you at RBSN. We help you feel confident in your body, reduce stress around food, and positively navigate change to meet your performance and health goals.

Who is behind Reilly Beatty Sports Nutrition?

Hi I'm Reilly!

I am the CEO and founder of Reilly Beatty Sports Nutrition LLC.

After struggling for years with my body image, my relationship with food, and how to fuel my body like a high-level athlete, I decided I had enough. These stressful and restrictive years not only prevented me from living my fullest but resulted in me tearing my ACL first game of my senior college career.

For the last 10 years, I have dedicated my professional career to preventing athletes and active women  from making those same mistakes. My personal experience as a D1 student-athlete combined with my professional and educational background, allows me to provide simple and realistic nutrition solutions to athletes of all levels to develop a positive and food forward approach to food.

From being Director of Performance Nutrition at UCLA, prepping Team USA for international trips, and helping develop the first sports nutrition program at multiple local D1 universities, I have been able to show high levels athletes how simple and easy nutrition makes them great.

As of 2022, I relocated back to the East Coast and am now based out of Charleston, SC with my husband and 2 dogs. I currently head RBSN virtually, where I have helped hundreds of athletes of all levels achieve their goals.

I'm Jenna!

I am a Registered Dietitian and lead the RBSN podcast and Lifestyle Nutrition programming.

As an active individual, I was confused about how, what, and when I should be eating to reach the performance and health goals that I had. Through my own experience trying to navigate the world of nutrition, I understand how immensely confusing it can be. Now as a Registered Dietitian, I help my clients confidently make choices to support their goals and increase their own nutrition knowledge.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of closely supporting a wide range of clients from lifelong endurance athletes to individuals managing chronic diseases.

Leveraging my personal background as a former competitive track and field athlete, triathlete, swimmer, and soccer player, provides me with valuable insights into the diverse demands of various sports.

Prior to my career as a dietitian, I had the opportunity to coach competitive swimming, enhancing my understanding of optimal nutrition for athletic performance. My passion is crafting tailored nutrition strategies to meet each client’s unique needs, guiding them towards their health and performance goals.
